Kids Class (3-6)


The sooner the ability to concentrate and self-regulate are cultivated within a child, the better. Rest knowing that Yoga is an all-inclusive practice for a supple and strong body, a mind familiar with breathing's tangible benefits, a joyful heart, a personality that includes knowing how to downshift, and a sharp intellect. These confidence-building classes are not all fun and games; instead, they deliver traditional and challenging practices in a fun and light-hearted manner. The children will eventually advance into the older groups, equipped in every way.
