Meditation for Beginners

A Four Week Course covering what is meditation, practical reasons we might want to add it to our daily self-care routine, how to get started and demonstrating, via a weekly practice, how accessible meditation is, despite its reputation as being too hard to handle for the modern, busy mind.

October’s theme will be Harvesting. Before we enter the dark and cold season, what is it that has come to light, and how can we take that with us? What can we harvested? How can use that to further our relationship to our true nature and those around us?
