Foundations of Yoga Beginner Series - January Start


This four-week course starts brand new, healthy and relatively active students off to a great yoga start, debunking many myths about yoga while acquainting you with sustainable, life-enhancing yoga principles and practices that build a healthy body, mind and morale.

The pre-requisite is that you are pain-free and healthy, and not sedentary.
