Empower your Self
Yoga works best when personalized, and that's our specialty. Our vision is that every Yoga Foundation student has a home practice, an individually-tailored, daily routine that caters to your physical, mental, emotional, behavioral and spiritual needs. In this self practice model, you all come together in community and do your own self-guided practices, cultivating a collective of kindred yoga practitioners.
This is a once-weekly (for the moment) self-practice program on Wednesdays from 5-6pm. You come any time in that window and practice, and Danielle and/or Yoga Foundation-trained teachers watch and support your fine tuning. If it is during your first year of Yoga Foundation-guided Yoga Therapy, you also meet with Danielle individually once a month, and one meeting is a pre-requisite for attending your first class.
