Promote deep strength in your bones and muscles. Develop awareness so you’re more mindful of your movements, connect to and strengthen your center of gravity to keep you steady and balanced and care for your back by encouraging better posture, so there's less pressure on the joints. This course will focus on hips, wrists, legs and spine, which are the bones prone to breakage, as well as reduce stress, which releases hormones that contribute to systemic deterioration.
