Fall programming is off to a strong start, are you? As we leave pitta season and enter vata season externally, we have to also shift our practices to foster the internal transition. Anchor yourself in weekly, biweekly and monthly experiences with Yoga's one-of-a-kind, grounding, revelatory practices. Weather the seasonal change committed to your wellbeing.
Our guided meditation classes are particularly beneficial for you, whether you meditate or not. The aim is to provide you with a reliable, repeatable, resurrecting-for-your-spirit experience. You receive the recording so you can build a daily practice. Push play, listen and follow. They are mantra-based, and accessible for anyone who is willing to vocalize. Mics are muted, so only you will hear yourself. Sound is inseparable from the Yogic experience of meditation. The repetition and visualization is exactly how Patanjali suggests we enter a meditative relationship with our subject.
Each month we renew the meditation focus, commensurate with the season, the participants’ life experiences, the social climate. Each month we renew the commitment.

September is a liminal month. Neither summer nor fall, yet both summer and fall. We’ll savor this temperate month, the equal days and nights, the opportunity to anchor ourselves in balance meanwhile nature readies for her annual release.
Third Chapter Online Sutra Studies - Alternating Thursdays 9-9:45am
Continue your Yoga Studies journey right here, studying the Third Chapter of the defining text of Yoga, Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtra-s. We’ll meet every other Thursday, leaving time for digestion and reflection, covering one sūtra each week. This journey will continue to eventually encompass all four chapters, as each time we finish, we’ll pick up with the next sutra-s or chapter.
Foundations of Yoga 4 Week Course - Thursdays 6:30-7:20pm
This four-week course starts brand new, healthy and relatively active students off to a great yoga start or restart, debunking many myths about yoga while acquainting you with sustainable, life-enhancing yoga principles and practices that build a healthy body, mind and morale.
