Accessible, mini-vacation day trips are where it’s at for us this summer, and you’re invited!
The living is supposed to be easy in the summertime, and it will be, at least for four hours, once a month, with the intention of setting you up for a joyful season.
The Summer of Joy’s retreat series experience will revolve around the warm colors of the sun. From the welcome drinks, to the Yoga practices, to the meals, offerings will be themed with a different color each month. We’ll evolve through summer’s light spectrum, cultivating connection and joy during Long Island’s beloved, radiant season.
June ~ Red
Red is a color with strong and varied associations, generally linked to passion, love, and energy.
July ~ Orange
Orange is often associated with warmth, enthusiasm, and optimism.
August ~ Yellow
Wear/Think/Embody Yellow
Yellow is associated with positive emotions like joy, happiness, and a sense of fun! 😄
