Trauma Informed Yoga for a Calmer Mind and Body - PM Session

  • Yoga Foundation 680 East Jericho Turnpike Huntington Station, NY, 11746 United States (map)

Life is full of experiences that can take us out of our center. Through breath-centered movement, breathing practices and meditation practices, begin to feel safe and at home, as you are. Symptoms such as acute and chronic stress, anxiety, worry, overthinking, overwhelm and addictive behaviors will be quelled. A calmer nervous system and inspiration for sustainable empowerment are the goal.

You will receive a copy of the weekly practice to take home and repeat daily. NO CLASS OCTOBER 16th.
