Life is full of experiences that can take us out of our center. Through breath-centered movement, breathing practices and meditation practices, symptoms such as acute and chronic stress, anxiety, worry, overthinking, overwhelm and addictive behaviors will be quelled. A calmer nervous system and inspiration for sustainable empowerment are the goal.

You will receive a copy of the weekly practice to take home and repeat daily.
